Hello,

That message means the game is being forced to use DirectX 12. Fix it by removing the DX12 launch flag so the game runs with DX11.

• If you use Steam, open Library, right click the game, go to Properties > General. In Launch Options remove -dx12 and -d3d12. Close the window and start the game.
• If you use Epic Games Launcher. Open Library, click the three dots next to the game and click Manage. Turn off Additional command line arguments or delete -dx12 and -d3d12. Launch the game again.
• If you start the game from a desktop shortcut. Right click the shortcut and go to Properties > Shortcut tab. In Target remove -dx12 or -d3d12 from the end. Select Apply > OK. Start the game.
