If your Microsoft account is blocked and you cannot reset your password, you can try to unblock it by following these steps:

    1. Self-Service Password Reset: If your organization has enabled self-service password reset, you can go to the Password reset portal and initiate the password reset process. You will need to verify your identity using the security methods set up for your account.
    2. Contact IT Administrator: If self-service password reset is not enabled or you are still unable to unblock your account, you should reach out to your organization's IT administrator for assistance. They can help you with unblocking your account and resetting your password.
    3. Check Account Status: If you have access to the Microsoft Entra admin center, you can check your account status to ensure that it is not set to block sign-in. This can be done by navigating to Entra ID > Users and selecting your user profile to verify the settings.

If you continue to face issues, it may be necessary to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
