Remove a word added to Dictionary on Microsoft Editor on iOS

I have accidentally added a wrong word to the iOS Microsoft Editor through Outlook on my iPad. How can I edit/remove the word?

I am sorry but I do not think there is a file you can delete to Reset the dictionary. I recommend to uninstall, and then reinstall the application which should solve the issue and clear the dictionary.
