RESET MFA admin

Buongiorno,

sono l’amministratore globale del tenant Dati personali rimossi @consulenzaco.onmicrosoft.com.

Quando provo ad accedere all’Admin Microsoft, mi viene sempre chiesto il codice dell’Authenticator, ma non posso generarlo perché l’app Microsoft/Google Authenticator è stata cancellata dal mio dispositivo.

Dalla schermata che invieremo si vede che il sistema chiede il codice, ma sull’Authenticator non compare più nulla, quindi non riesco ad accedere in alcun modo.

Chiedo urgentemente un reset forzato della MFA per il mio account admin, così potrò rientrare e configurare nuovamente i metodi di verifica.
