If you are receiving warnings about storage limits, it indicates that your current storage capacity is being exceeded. When this happens, certain functionalities, such as sending or receiving emails, may be restricted until you resolve the storage issue. You have a couple of options:

    1. Delete Unused Files: You can free up space by deleting files or emails that you no longer need. This can help you stay within your storage limits without having to purchase additional storage.
    2. Manage OneDrive: If you do not want to use OneDrive, you can choose to delete files stored there, but be aware that this will remove those files from your account. If you decide to delete OneDrive, you should ensure that you have backed up any important files elsewhere.
    3. Consider Alternatives: If you do not want to pay for additional storage, you might want to explore other storage solutions or manage your existing files more efficiently to avoid reaching your limits.

Ultimately, if you do not want to buy more storage, managing your current files and deleting unnecessary ones is the best approach to avoid further warnings and restrictions.

    Hello

Is the email coming from an address ending with microsoft.com?

It sounds like you might be receiving one of those phishing scam emails.

If you go to https://account.live.com, sign in and expand Microsoft storage area, does it show that you are running out of space?
