my camera is not working after updating to windows 11 and showing this, even the camera switch button shows the camera is not on (there should be a light on the button if the camera is on), what should i do?

Click on the start menu and type msinfo32
Open System Information
Take a screenshot and upload it here, this will help find the camera driver for your system model.
Also click on start menu and type Device Manager
Click View menu > Show Hidden Devices
Expand cameras > Right click on your camera device and uninstall
Restart your laptop and see if the problem still persists.
i already try the uninstall and restart things and still doesnt work, i really need this camera y'all, please help
Check the MSI Center app to see if the camera option is enabled.

Have you checked the manufacturer's website to see if a BIOS update is available?
it happens a few days after the updating. i already try everything that i can. i've even been to the repairman but he literally don't know what his doing. the thing is, i tried the camera button right after i turned on the laptop. when it was still on the MSI logo screen, the light on the camera button was on, but once it got to windows, the startup screen, it turned off again.
In this case it seems to be a hardware problem. Have you already tried to contact MSI support?
