    Hello

I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor. I'm sorry to hear that you are currently stuck in a repair loop and I understand that you want to access your restore points.

    1. While restarting, press and hold Shift button. (If you are unable to access by this means, as you see the Windows logo hit on the power button to interrupt the boot sequence**may need to do this couple of times**)
    2. Click on Troubleshoot.
    3. Select Advanced Options.
    4. System Restore.
    5. Select the restore point you want.
    6. Click Next and proceed with the prompts.

    I hope this helps.
