i'm not the original owner i don't have any of the boxes and i don't have a physical code the production key or what ever its called, its shows that i need to activate it and then an error. Can you take control of my screen and find out for your self's, and what i have to do now?

wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey [press return] Does it display a 25 character product key.
If not what is the make and model of the computer?
As a note no one here can remote connect to sort it for you. If anyone should offer it will be a scam.

Unfortunately, we cannot remote control your screen for security reasons. Try going to Settings > System > Activation and check the error code.
If you’re not the original owner and don’t have a product key, you’ll need to purchase a new license from the Microsoft Store or Microsoft’s official site.
And if the device was linked to a Microsoft account, sign in with that account it may activate automatically. Use the Activation Troubleshooter in the same menu to resolve hardware or account issues.
Without a valid product key or digital license, Windows cannot be activated. Hope this helps!
