-Experiencing an issue with poor video quality in MS Teams application, on Lenovo T14s Gen 5. Issue was tested on 4 laptops, and they all yielded the same result.

-In Zoom, camera app, and MS Teams Web , the integrated camera works fine. Issue only occur in the MS Teams Application.

-Determined issue is only occurring on Win 11 25H2. There is no problem when MS teams is tested on the same 4 computers with Win 11 24H2 installed... so I am assuming that the issue may be software/driver related

Hello Wyade Vernon ADM, thanks for posting this in our community.

Clear Teams Cache: Close Teams completely. Navigate to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams Delete the contents of the Cache, GPUCache, and IndexedDB folders. Restart Teams.

Test with New Teams Client: If you are using classic Teams, switch to the New Teams client by toggling in the top-right corner. The New Teams client uses a different rendering engine and may bypass the issue.

Adjust Video Settings: In Teams, go to Settings > Devices > Camera and make sure the correct camera is selected.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    John Oli
