Dear all,

I am using Microsoft 365 Business Standard on a monthly subscription, mostly on my mobile phone. I need your help regarding account security.

When I change my password, I noticed that I cannot sign out or log out of all other devices from my mobile phone. As a result, devices that were previously signed in remain logged in even after the password is changed. I want to prevent this because I need to protect my confidential work documents.

I also tried using my second personal device, but I couldn’t sign out all devices from there either. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate your guidance or assistance on how to sign out of all devices (also to tok them out) so that I can then log in securely with my new password.

My goal is to be 100% sure that only I am signed in, on my iPhone and my second personal iPhone, for both personal and business accounts.

Thank you very much for your support.

Best regards,

    Hi Aden Hodzic

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum

According to your described situation, I recommend revoking all active sessions to force every device and app to sign out

If you are the administrator of your own Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription

-Go to Microsoft Entra Admin center > Sign in with your business account

-Navigate to Users > Active users > Click your own name in the list.

-Look at the top blue toolbar, you will see a button called Revoke sessions

-After you do this, change your password one more time if you want to be extra sure

    Alternative, you can try:

-Sign in to your Advanced security options on your Microsoft account security dashboard.

-Scroll down to Sign out everywhere and select Sign out.

Note: Sign out may take up to 24 hours.
