Windows 11 taskbar time/date behavior

How do I get windows 11 to display this when I click the time/date lower right of windows?  This is what Windows 10 shows:

Time, large font with seconds and monthly calendar.

    To show the time, go to Windows Settings, Time & language, Date & time, and select the “Show time in Notification Center” option.

    i dont have that as an option. only to display in system tray (tiny bottom right)
