I've been having the exact same issue on any MSN news article or story I try to comment on. I tried almost everything, even after just typing the comment "this is a nice story" was blocked with the popup "This comment does not meet the community guidelines. Please try another one."

Same here I cant even type yes. Or agreed! And Norton pops up now on browser which I dont have. Very annoying.

Unfortunately, no amount of neutralizing my comment will work the vast majority of the time, so the only conclusion I can draw is that this is bias on the part of the site administrators, depending on the nature of the comment, no matter how tasteful it's worded.
