If you are not receiving emails on your business email account, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Domain Verification: Ensure that your domain is verified in the Microsoft 365 portal. If the domain is not verified, emails will not be delivered.
    2. MX Records: Check that the MX (Mail Exchange) record for your domain points to the correct value listed in the DNS Settings section of the Microsoft 365 portal. Incorrect MX records can prevent email delivery.
    3. Propagation Time: Be aware that changes to your domain's DNS settings, including MX records, may take time to propagate. This can take up to 72 hours.
    4. Hybrid Deployment: If your MX record must point to a different location, consider setting up a hybrid deployment or forwarding emails to your Microsoft 365 users' Online Email Routing Address.

If you have followed these steps and are still experiencing issues, you may want to reach out to Microsoft support or visit the Microsoft Community for further assistance.

Hi Zinaida Melega, I can imagine how frustrating this must feel you’ve set everything up and now your business email isn’t working when you need it most.

To fix email delivery issues for betterwayacct.com verify MX records with MXToolbox remove conflicting DNS entries, disable old email services, set the domain as Authoritative in Exchange, check transport rules and connectors, test direct delivery and review NDR codes, trace messages in Microsoft 365, check for blacklisting and resolve Outlook profile or autodiscover problems using SaRA.

Have you already verified that your MX records point to Microsoft 365 and that there are no old DNS entries like A or CNAME for mail/autodiscover still active?

    Best regards
