How do I get print to work on word

Question

Word has stopped printing from my iPad all of a sudden, other apps print as normal including Microsoft PowerPoint but word won’t.

I’ve reset my printer

reset word twice, I’ve tried to go in through my 365 account but nothing is working and I’m now in a jam as I can’t print documents for my business which is what I bought my Microsoft account for.

Hello EMC, thanks for posting this in our community.

Based on other user experiences, this is a known bug in the Microsoft Word app for iPad (version 2.103.1 and later). A workaround that has helped many users is to open your Word document, tap Share, choose Open in Another App or Send a Copy, select PDF, and then print via the iOS print dialog.

If you have a physical keyboard connected, pressing Command + P inside Word can sometimes trigger the print dialog even when the menu option fails.
