Based on your description, you’re signed into a Microsoft personal account instead of your Microsoft 365 Business account and cannot access subscriptions or billing. you want to switch to the correct work or school account and resolve the email conflict so you can log in as the Business account holder.- which website did you log in?

In the meantime, here are some suggestions you can try:
Sign in with the correct account type:
- Go to https://office.com and select Sign in.
- When prompted, choose Work or School Account and enter your business credentials.
After signing in with the Work or School Account, check Subscriptions and Billing at https://account.microsoft.com or the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
If the same email is used for both accounts:
- Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com with your Personal Account.
- Add a new alias (different email) and set it as Primary.
- Remove your work email from the Personal Account aliases. This prevents conflicts and allows clean login to your Business account.
