    Dear @Hiren Thakkar,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum!

To make sure I provide the most accurate guidance, could you confirm:

    1. Are you looking for step-by-step instructions for the current OneDrive for Business interface, or troubleshooting why options like Move to and Delete are missing?
    2. Do you need guidance on file management only, or also on sharing and permission settings?
    3. Are you accessing OneDrive through a web browser, the desktop sync app, or a mobile app?
    4. I noticed you mentioned in this SAP is OneDrive for Business, can I confirm that you’re using a business account, or are you on a different type of account (personal or school)?

While you review these questions, here is a clear, working checklist to help you manage files and folders in OneDrive for Business:

    1. Sign in and Access OneDrive
    • Go to https://www.office.com and sign in with your work account.
    • From the app launcher (grid icon), select OneDrive.
    1. Navigate to Your Files
    • In the left navigation pane, click My Files.
    • You’ll see all your folders and files stored in OneDrive.
    1. Create and Organize Folders
    • Click New > Folder, name it, and select Create.
    • Use folders to organize files by project, client, or category.
    1. Upload Files and Folders
    • Click Upload > Files or Upload > Folder.
    • Alternatively, drag and drop files directly into the OneDrive web page.
    1. Manage Files
    • Move or Copy: Select the file, click Move to or Copy to.
    • Rename: Select the file, click Rename.
    • Delete: Select the file, click Delete (check Recycle Bin for recovery).
    1. Share and Set Permissions
    • Select the file or folder > click Share.
    • Enter recipient emails or copy a link.
    • Choose permissions: Can view or Can edit.
    1. Use Desktop App for Easier Management
    1. Troubleshooting Missing Options

If you don’t see options like Move to or Delete:

    • Try a different browser (Microsoft Edge or Chrome).
    • Clear cache or use an incognito window.
    • Check if your organization’s admin has restricted file management.
    • Reset OneDrive: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
    • Reinstall OneDrive if necessary.

These steps apply to the standard OneDrive for Business. If your organization uses custom policies, some options may differ. Please let me know if anything doesn’t match what you see or anything I misunderstood.

Also, could you share what steps you tried before when you said, “I tried this way but not found any such options to manage files”? That will help me pinpoint where the issue occurs.

We appreciate your kind patience and understanding that sometimes the initial response may not immediately resolve the issue or there may be some misunderstandings about your scenario, but we would love to hear updates from you and find out further suggestions.
