Setup AIA and CDP in cluster CA server

Hi Support,
We have 2 intermedia CA which configured CA cluster and the CA services can failover between 2 servers. However, the AIA and CDP cannot (it configured to use "http://sharename/" and "c:\certenroll\".
Since the CA server installed cluster role already, it cannot install the Windows NLB role. And we don't have any hardware NLB. Using DNS round robin seems not a solution as the CA cluster only will active on either one CA server. If the DNS resolve to the passive CA, the services may not work
In this case, how can we setup the HA of the AIA and CDP?
