Pop up windows when attempting to minimize or maximize a window

How do I remove/disable the group of windows from popping up when I am attempting to either minimize or maximize a window as shown in the picture in the upper right hand corner? I don't like it as it gets in my way and I have no use for it.

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to System Multi-Tasking

    Disable this setting - 'Show Snap Layouts when I hover over a window's maximize button'.

    That will disable the annoying popup on the maximize button at the top right of apps.
