How to sort by From in Sent

I am a member of a shared email and I have my personal user account. All sent items go into my personal user sent box even if I have sent them from the shared address. I used to be able to sort by "From" in sent so that I could move the shared email replies to the shared emails sent folder but I can no longer sort by "From" How can I sort to find these particular emails to move them over to the proper folder? I can't go through 1x1 as I can't impact productivity so badly by doing that and I use both addresses periodically throughout the day so I can't rely on a time or date filter.

Thanks for the details. Are you using the Outlook desktop app or Outlook on the web?

Outlook sorts Sent Items by To by design, and Microsoft removed the option to sort by From in the new Outlook. The supported way to separate shared mailbox replies is to turn on Save sent items in the Sent Items folder of this mailbox in the shared mailbox settings in Outlook on the web. This sends all replies from the shared address directly into the shared Sent folder, so you do not need to sort in your personal Sent folder.
