SSRS RDLC editing - disable popup window "Connect to Report Server"?

Hi All,

Can you please tell me how to disable popup window "Conntect to Report Server" that pops up each time I open the report in the Report Builder 3.0 to edit the report.

I have a report where I added a reference to the DLL - System.Drawing, to justify the text in textboxes in RDLC report. Justifying of text works as expected.
Report properties has that reference to the DLL.

    You can download the newly ReportBuilder from here :https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53613

    It is independent of Sql server,and easy to install.
