Multi factor authentication forRDP (RDO gatway)

Dear Support,

We are planning to setup Microsoft RDP gateway but we are also looking Microsoft multi factor authentication.

so could you please do let me know first is it possible Microsoft Multi factor and secondly if yes so please share the link.
note: we don't want paid third party tool.
