How to get Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 for prototyping?

We would like to prototype latest Windows 10 IOT LTSC.
However https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/iot/iot-enterprise/hardware-guidance/prototype
points to https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-10-enterprise which has only Windows 10 Enterprise.
Is both Windows 10 Enterprise and Windows 10 IOT LTSC are same?
If not how we could get the Windows 10 IOT LTSC for evaluation.

    Microsoft provides multiple Windows 10 versions, each with its own specialty.

    So, Windows 10 Enterprise and Windows 10 IOT LTSC are not the same.

    Windows 10 Enterprise focuses on productivity at the office.

    Windows 10 IoT Enterprise focuses on productivity for IoT developers.

    Windows 10 IOT LTSC is a long-term support variant of Windows 10 Enterprise released every 2 to 3 years. Each release is supported with security updates and intentionally receives no feature updates. Some features, including the Microsoft Store and bundled apps, are not included in this edition.wiki

    Windows 10 IOT LTSC is mostly sold together with the purchase of (industrial) hardware (industrial PCs etc.). Or contact a Microsoft license reseller.

    Microsoft provides test licenses via the Visual Studio Subscription. There you also find the list of operating systems provided for test.
