Simple sync error or else? (Microsoft Rewards)

I do not know if I am wrong but I believe if I use phones and tablets, I can gain 60 more points from searching every day. (I am in level 2)
However, when I use my tablet, it counts my searches to points coming from computers/PCs, but, some more mobile-exclusive stuff, like read to earn 30 more points, I can still do from my tablet. So looks like my tablet is not syncing properly? Since I only logged on to my tablet a few days ago while my PC had the account since late 2024.
+My tablet is a Samsung one who is running a more Google-based OS. (likewise to Google Pixel) Of course many warnings came up when I have to restart my device, but one says something that I'll highlight: "Your PHONE is not running Samsung's official..." It counts my tab as a phone? This should even more confirm that I should get 60 pts from searching in the "phone" (tablet)

It seems like you are experiencing an issue with how your tablet is being recognized by the Microsoft Rewards system. Since you mentioned that your tablet is a Samsung device running a Google-based OS, it might be categorized differently than expected, which could affect the points you earn from searches.

The Microsoft Rewards program typically differentiates between devices, and if your tablet is being recognized as a phone, it may not be syncing properly with your account. This could explain why you are not receiving the expected points for searches conducted on your tablet.

To resolve this, you might want to ensure that you are logged into the same Microsoft account on both your tablet and PC. Additionally, check for any updates on your tablet that might improve compatibility with the Microsoft Rewards system. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance regarding device recognition and syncing issues.
