I'm having trouble restoring the cloud backup from the Microsoft Authenticator app. I'm having trouble restoring the cloud backup from the Microsoft Authenticator app; I get a message saying it's not stored with my Outlook email.I only have that one account, no other. I also had several accounts linked to that app and now I haven't been able to log back in because I can't get the Authenticator code. My smartphone broke a few weeks ago. I have another one now, and I'm trying to log in to all my accounts, but I'm having this problem with Microsoft Authenticator. Please help.
