How do I access the Exchange Admin Center to make sure the Public Folders are set correctly

To access the Exchange Admin Center (EAC), follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Microsoft 365 or Office 365 using your work or school account.
2. In the left navigation pane, choose Admin centers > Exchange.
   • Alternatively, you can access the EAC directly by using the URL https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com and signing in with your credentials.
3. Ensure that you use a private browsing session when trying to access the EAC using the direct URL to prevent any credential issues. You can open an InPrivate Browsing session in Microsoft Edge or an incognito window in Google Chrome by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+N. For other browsers, use CTRL+SHIFT+P for Private Browsing.

Once you are in the EAC, you can navigate to the Public folders section to ensure they are set correctly.
