If you're encountering issues processing your payment and receiving a message to contact Microsoft support, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check Card Details: Ensure that the card details (number, expiration date, name, and address) are entered correctly.
    2. Sufficient Funds: Verify that there are sufficient funds in your account to support the payment.
    3. Payment Method: Make sure the payment method is issued from the same country/region as your son's account.
    4. Contact Support: If the problem persists, it may be necessary to contact Microsoft support for further assistance, as there could be issues related to your financial institution or the payment method itself.

These steps can help you identify and resolve the payment processing issue you are facing.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Kindly try clearing your browser cache and cookies, logging out and logging in again on Microsoft Store, and using different devices, as these steps may help resolve temporary browser-related issues that could be interfering with payment processing.

Also, please make sure that your payment method is up to date and try different payment methods.

If the issue persists, you will need to contact Microsoft Billing Support for further assistance, as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
