The error you are encountering while trying to add a second or third email account to Outlook may be related to configuration issues, especially if you are attempting to add multiple Exchange accounts to the same profile. This configuration is not supported, and it can lead to errors without any warning messages.

To resolve this issue, you can follow these steps:

    1. Remove the second Exchange account from your Outlook profile:
      • Go to the File menu, select Info, then Account Settings, and again Account Settings.
      • Select the account you want to remove and click Remove.
      • Confirm the removal when prompted.
    2. Add the other user's mailbox as an additional mailbox instead of adding it as a second account:
      • In the Account Settings dialog, select your primary account and click Change.
      • Click on More Settings, go to the Advanced tab, and select Add.
      • Enter the name of the mailbox you want to add and click OK.

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully add the additional email account without encountering the error.
