If you're locked out of Outlook and Microsoft 365 and cannot use mobile recovery options, you may need to reset your password through alternative methods. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Contact a Global Admin: If you are part of a company or organization, reach out to a global admin who can assist you in resetting your password.
    2. Use Security Information: If your organization has enabled it, you can reset your password using your security information. This typically involves answering security questions or using another recovery method.
    3. Microsoft Support: If you are unable to resolve the issue through the above methods, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance. They can guide you through the recovery process.

Make sure to provide any necessary information to verify your identity when seeking help.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

You mentioned: "i cannot use my mobile recovery as this option is unavailable"

This indicates that the account is temporarily blocked due to unusual activity.

Please perform these steps to resolve the account block:

    1. Perform a password reset using your mobile phone recovery via InPrivate window or Incognito.
    2. Wait 24 hours, then try recovering the account again, but please make sure not to sign in or reset the password within that timeframe, as this may reset the lock cooldown.
    3. If it doesn't work after 24 hours, try waiting exactly 48 hours before resetting another password reset.

You may check this link regarding account blocks for reference: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/troubleshooting-verification-code-issues-409090c4-92b5-42b9-8ae6-bcc97e62fc48#:~:text=If%20you%20received%20a%20Microsoft%20verification%20code%20that%20you%20did#:~:text=If%20you%20received%20a%20Microsoft%20verification%20code%20that%20you%20did

Thank you for your understanding! Please feel free to let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
