Hi,

I have an old Azure account that is associated with my personal microsoft account, i've never really had any issues, but my last company had some issues releasing my license that i got from them to that account, and seems like my account is in a psudo locked down state.

The usually signin with my personal account doesn't work anymore, it's like it has been deassociated with that account, but since they semi released my account the credits that was used for app domain for my account has been disabled, and didn't fallover to my pay-as-you-go subscription, i've lost access to my domain, so i can't access it anymore.

Now i wanted to just nuke it all, but alas i can't get access to it anymore.

How can i contact Azure to help resolve this issue? tried mail and phone, i even went to twitter, and they asked me to post on this forum to get further support.

    Hello Casper Bekmand,

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.

If the resolution was helpful, kindly take a moment to accept the answer and upvote it 👍 it as a token of appreciation.
