Do I need to pay $21.95 month?

I have been paying $21.95 a month since I have had my computer. I do have a MSN e-mail address. I don't think it is dial-up. I am basically computer illiterate so don't really know the basics. Anyway, do I really need to pay this charge every month? If I do I have a new credit card number that I need to change on my account. I don't know where to go to do this. The 425 number that is shown on my credit card statement is no longer good. I thought I could call them and get this taken care of. Thank you.

Hello! You are probably paying for MSN Dial-Up Internet Access. If you cancel this subscription, you will lose internet access and will have to find another internet service provider (ISP).

However, you will still be able to access your emails normally. To confirm this, go to Outlook Web > Log in with your MSN email account > If everything goes well, your email will not be affected by the subscription.
