64-bit Outlook can access far more memory than 32-bit (up to 128 TB virtual address space. This means it handles large mailboxes, multiple accounts, and heavy add-ins more efficiently, reducing chances of freezes or crashes during sync operations.
For example, if you have large OST/PST files, many shared folders, or complex calendars, 64-bit Outlook generally performs better because it has more memory access than 32-bit version.
In conclusion, 64-bit version provides a better performance than 32-bit.
