Reassign license key from ffpp user to new employee

Question

Hi, Can someone help me to transfer my license key to another user. Its about Microsoft office 2024 FPP license. User doesn't work anymore and I like IT support in company should move licence key to new employee but I can't find solution how to do that. Can you help me?
Itried to do it by office.com/setup and license key has been assigned to old user and it look that I can't reassign license key to another user or email address from my company.
Do you have any link how to do that?

if this is a normal Office FPP licence, not a business subscription, when Office is activated, the Office licence gets associated to the Microsoft account used to activate Office, there is no method provided to move an Office licence from one Microsoft account to another Microsoft account, you would need to try to contact Microsoft Support directly to ask them if it is possible to move that licence.

In an organization (business or education environment), the local IT support or Office admin should be able to reassign licenses. The exact steps will depend on the type of license, I believe.
