If your new credit card is not being accepted while trying to renew Microsoft Office, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

    1. Check Card Details: Ensure that the card details you entered—card number, expiration date, name on the card, and billing address—are correct and match exactly what is on your card and bank statement.
    2. Sufficient Funds: Make sure that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the renewal cost.
    3. Card Type: Verify that your credit card is issued from the same country/region as your Microsoft account. If you are using a virtual or prepaid card, note that these types of cards are not accepted for Microsoft purchases.
    4. Contact Your Bank: If the card is still being declined, contact your bank to ensure that the card is active and not blocked for any reason.
    5. Update Payment Method: If you need to replace your credit card, you cannot change the card on an existing payment method directly. Instead, you will need to add a new payment method and transfer your subscriptions to it.

If you continue to experience issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
