When sending an email to myself to get documents to my other computer, someone else's name shows up instead of mine. What should I do? When I click to change it, it leads me to a window with my personal information where everything looks fine.

    Hello, thanks for reaching out.

Have you checked which account or alias is being used in Outlook? Make sure your Microsoft account is the only one listed under File > Account Settings > Account Settings, and remove any unknown accounts. Check the From field when composing an email to confirm it shows your name. Also, visit https://account.microsoft.com/profile and ensure your personal info and display name are correct.
