Hi @Ekin EROGLU
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Thank you for reaching out and explaining your situation.
The message you’re seeing means that your university has disabled self-service sign-up for Office 365 Education. This is a common setup because institutions often manage licenses centrally for security and compliance reasons.
Please contact your university’s IT department or helpdesk to request activation of your Office 365 Education subscription, as they manage access and can either provide the correct credentials or enable your account.
Unfortunately, Microsoft cannot override this setting, resetting passwords, or changing access rights because it’s controlled by your institution.
I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.
I look forward to your thoughts on this.
