Hello,

I added co-pilot in my Outlook classic to help with drafting an email. This afternoon, all of a sudden it disappeared. I have 2 accounts connected to my Outlook, one is hotmail another is work email. It used work for both account. When I draft an email from hotmail account on top ribbon it comes up and gives me an option to compose an email with co-pilot but when I compose it from work email nothing shows up.

I checked all add-in are enabled and it's not listed in add-ins. I tried adding app which I see on the left side of my ribbon to use it in a full screen. I also re-installed Outlook classic but same thing.

It worked in Outlook New. Can you please help me resolve this?

Thank you
