First, please check the following:
If Copilot does not appear, try the following methods:
Method 1: Clear Outlook Cache
Step 1: Close Outlook.
Step 2: Press Windows + R.
Step 3: Enter the following path in the Run box and press Enter:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache
Step 4: Delete cache files
- In the RoamCache folder, press Ctrl + A to select all files.
- Right-click and choose Delete.
Step 5: Empty the Recycle Bin.
Step 6: Restart Outlook.
Method 2: If clearing the cache does not work, uninstall and reinstall the application.
