I Need Access to My Microsoft Account

I set up my Microsoft account up with an email address I created when I bought my laptop. I never used that email address and I no longer have the phone number associated with that email address. My Microsoft subscription is being paid from my bank account. How do I obtain access to my microsoft subscription without any login credentials to the email address that the account was setup with or the phone number associated with the email address. I have had this issue for years on this laptop and I want to resolve this now so I can use one drive. I also think my microsoft account is compromised. Is there a contact number to speak with someone in support?

    Hello Tiffany Stimpson,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Q&A forum

I understand you wish to access to your Microsoft account again, but you no longer have the phone number associate with it, and you believe your account is compromised.

Here is how you can contact Microsoft support for further assistance on this issue:

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Billing and Account Profile questions" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.
