If you no longer remember the Microsoft account credentials, you cannot cancel the Subscription from your end. In this situation, we have two options:
- Contact your Bank or Credit card provider: Please contact your bank and request them to cancel the automatic recurring billing (Autopay) from their end. If you have previously given permission for Autopay through your banking app or any payment app during the subscription transaction, you can also cancel the recurring billing directly from that app.
- Contact Microsoft Accounts & Billing Support-
- Go to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
- Type "Talk to an agent," then click Get Help.
- At the bottom of the page, click Contact Support. Please sign in to your Microsoft account if needed. If you are encountering the same issue when using the affected account, please use a different one to contact the Microsoft support team.
- Select "Other Products" > "Billing and Account Profile questions" > Confirm.
- Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
