certificate not reflecting

Hello Team, I have cleared my AZ-104 exam yesterday and its already been more than 24hrs but still my certificate is not getting reflected in the profile.
Also want to mention that its weird that I have reported it via mail also and its been around 24hours but still there's no reply from support.
Please help me out to get my certificate asap.
