Dear Microsoft Business Support Team,

I recently purchased a Microsoft 365 Business Basic plan. During the payment process, I did not notice or record the business email ID. Although I am able to log into Outlook using my email [Moderator note: personal info removed], I am unable to access the Microsoft Business Admin Center with the same email account.

I urgently need to configure my custom domain, but I cannot log into my Business account to access the Admin Center. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in helping me:

  1. Identify or recover my Microsoft 365 Business email ID
  2. Confirm my Global Admin account credentials
  3. Provide access to the Microsoft Admin Center

I am attaching my payment email receipt as well for your confirmation.

Your prompt support will be greatly appreciated, as I need to begin domain configuration as soon as possible.

Thank you.

    Hi @Logical Apex,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing the details of your situation. I understand how important it is for you to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center quickly so you can configure your custom domain.

When you purchased your subscription, Microsoft sent a confirmation email to your personal address (@outlook.com) that included your admin account information (usually formatted as ******@yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com). Please keep in mind that your @outlook.com address was used for the purchase and for receiving notifications, but it is not the admin account required to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

If you don’t remember your admin account, we recommend checking the original purchase confirmation email. Search your inbox for keywords such as “Microsoft” or “onmicrosoft.com” to locate it.

Once you find your admin credentials, you can sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and proceed with your domain configuration.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to your thoughts on this.
