If you are unable to log in and cannot find a way to contact Microsoft, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Email: Ensure that you are using the correct email address associated with your Microsoft account. If you have multiple email accounts, try logging in with each one.
    2. Password Recovery: If you suspect that you might have forgotten your password, you can use the "Can't sign in" link on the sign-in page to initiate the account recovery process.
    3. Contact Support: If you are unable to resolve the issue through the above steps, you may need to contact Microsoft support. You can find the phone numbers for support in the list of Microsoft Unified Support phone numbers.
    4. Visit the Help Center: For additional help, you may want to visit the Microsoft support website, where you can find resources and possibly chat with a support representative.

If your account is linked to a payment method, ensure that your payment information is up to date, as issues with billing can sometimes affect account access.

    Hi,

Sorry facing this kind of issue If you’ve always signed in with your AOL email and now see “account doesn’t exist,” it usually means:

The account alias changed or was removed.

The account became inactive and was closed after a long period of no sign-in.

There’s a sign-in glitch or browser cache issue.

Charges still appearing on your Citi VISA suggest the subscription is active, but the sign-in credentials need verification

you can check if your account is still exist in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/i-can-t-sign-in-to-my-microsoft-account-475c9b5c-8c25-49f1-9c2d-c64b7072e735

To recover your account you can use this link:

    https://account.live.com/pw?mkt=en-US

if you recover your acount you can check Services & Subscriptions to verify your charges

If you can’t sign in, contact Microsoft Billing Support. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-store-and-billing

Let me know how it goes, Happy help!
