    Hi @Alan Lopez,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to clarify your concern regarding the license information displayed in Microsoft 365 applications.

You are currently using the Microsoft 365 A3 plan. This is a comprehensive education plan that includes multiple services such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office applications.

However, when you open Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), the product information shows Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise. This is completely normal because:

    • Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise is the name of the Office application suite included in A3, E3, and E5 plans.
    • The A3 plan grants you access to this suite, so the displayed name reflects the specific application license rather than the entire plan.

You are still using all the benefits of the A3 plan, and this does not affect any features or services provided.

I hope this information is helpful.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to share them with me. I’m here to assist you.

    Hi @Alan Lopez,

Thank you for your response. Please allow me to provide the following information:

Please refer to the image below:

The A3 plan grants usage rights for this application suite, so the display name reflects the license of the specific application rather than the entire service package.

In this case, the display name is Microsoft Apps for Enterprise, and the image you provided is showing correctly.

I hope this information is helpful.

    Hi @Alan Lopez,

Thank you for your response. I would like to provide you with the following information:

This is completely normal because your computer is currently signed in with your personal account, so OneDrive is linked to that account. If you want to switch to saving files in your school OneDrive, please follow these steps:

    1. Click the OneDrive icon on the Taskbar.
    2. Select Settings → Account tab. User's image
    3. Check the signed-in account (Personal).
    4. In the Account tab, choose Unlink PC or Sign out. User's image
    5. Confirm to disconnect OneDrive.
    6. Sign in again when prompted.
    7. Enter your Education email (e.g., yourname@edu.domain.com). User's image
      1. Follow the instructions to set up the sync folder for your Education account.

If you want to keep both accounts (Personal + Education):

    • Add the second account by going to Settings → Account → Add account. User's image

I hope this information is helpful.

If you have any other questions, feel free to share them with me.
