Ah Ha! Found it. It was in Power Automate. I had forgotten all about ever using that application.
How do I stop automatic emails in Outlook that are Not in the draft folder or the outbox?

I set up an automatic e-mail in 2021 to send a monthly reminder to my then admin assistant. I have since moved to another field office, and these monthly e-mails are still going out, and I cannot figure out how to stop them. It is not in my calendar, drafts folder or my outbox, and I do not recall how I set it up to start with. Any suggestions?
