If you're having trouble accessing NordVPN's website on Windows 11 and receiving a message that it took too long to respond, here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable. You can try accessing other websites to confirm that your connection is working.
    2. Disable Proxy Settings: If you are using a proxy server, it might be causing the issue. You can disable it by going to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy and turning off any proxy settings.
    3. Check Firewall Settings: Your firewall may be blocking access to the NordVPN website. You can check your firewall settings and ensure that it allows traffic to and from the NordVPN site.
    4. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache can resolve loading issues. Go to your browser settings and clear the cache and cookies.
    5. Try a Different Browser: If the issue persists, try accessing the NordVPN website using a different web browser to see if the problem is browser-specific.
    6. Restart Your Device: A simple restart can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

If none of these steps work, you may want to check if there are any known issues with NordVPN's servers or contact their support for further assistance.

    Hi,

Have you tried using another browser to see if you're able to access those pages? If it is only happening when using Edge, go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Security > Use Secure DNS > Choose a service provider > Select Cloudflare or Google then check if it works.
