Publishing error The workspace: ****** is in Failed state and cannot create or update subresources.

I am unable to publish from the main branch, when i try to publish it throws the below error.
I am using Synapse Analytics and trying to publish pipelines.
Even the workspace shows as "Resource provisioning failed. Please check deployment status for more details."

Can anyone suggest how to fix the issue ?

Below is the error message, I have just put * in place of the workspace name.
