If you have not received the permission key email for your Microsoft Office Home 2024 purchase, it is recommended to check the following:

    1. Check your Spam/Junk folder: Sometimes, emails can be filtered into these folders.
    2. Verify your email address: Ensure that the email address associated with your purchase is correct and that you have access to it.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: Since Sam's Club directed you to Microsoft, you can reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance in retrieving your permission key. They may be able to resend the email or provide you with the key directly.

Keep in mind that activation emails can sometimes take a little time to arrive, so it may be worth waiting a short while before reaching out again.

    Hello, Tiff Warren.

If Sam's Club recommends contacting Microsoft, then I recommend contacting an MS support specialist in the chat. To do this, open the page https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=www.microsoft.com

and log in to your Microsoft account on it (in the upper-right corner of the page). Next, enter (without quotes) "agent support" in the search bar and press Enter or click on Get Help. Ignore the search results, and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom. On the next page, select "Microsoft 365 and Office" and "Technical Support" from the drop-down lists, and then click on "Confirm". Next, select the chat "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" and on the next page enter your (the one that works) email address and click on "Confirm". A chat window will open in a new tab. Wait for the operator to respond and explain the situation to him.

Note. The chat is available during business hours and on business days according to US time.
