To cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription without access to the old email, you can follow these steps:

    1. Identify Your Billing Account Type: Determine whether you have a Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) or a Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement (MOSA) billing account type. This will affect how you can cancel your subscription.
      • You can find out what type of billing account you have by visiting the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Contact Support: Since you no longer have access to the email associated with the account, the best course of action is to contact Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help you verify your identity and potentially assist you in canceling the subscription.
      • You can reach Microsoft 365 Support through the support page or by using the contact options available in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    3. Provide Necessary Information: When contacting support, be prepared to provide any information that can help verify your identity, such as payment details or any other identifying information related to the subscription.
    4. Follow Their Instructions: Microsoft Support will guide you through the process of canceling your subscription.

If you need to cancel your subscription directly through the admin center, you typically need to log in with the associated account. However, since you do not have access, support will be your best option.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

You really would need to have access to the old account in order to cancel the membership. However, although there is no guarantee they would be able to help in this situation my suggestion would be to get in touch with support via https://support.microsoft.com and click on Contact Us. At the very least they should be able to direct you to what you would need to do.
