Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I purchased Microsoft 365 Premium because I needed more advanced features. I have already upgraded, but Home Office 2024 keeps reinstalling itself on my personal PC.

I have removed it more than ten times and reinstalled Microsoft 365, yet it only stays stable for one day. The next day, Home Office 2024 installs again and removes essential Microsoft 365 apps that I rely on, such as Outlook (Classic), Publisher, and others.

I have paid in full for Microsoft 365 Premium, and this issue is seriously affecting my work. I demand that Home Office 2024 be permanently removed from my personal Microsoft account immediately.

I have always trusted Microsoft, but this situation is unacceptable and causing significant disruption. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Thank you for your prompt attention.

    Hello CBRE Pinky,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Q&A forum

I can see that your Office 2024 keep installing again even though you have uninstalled it ten times already.

I suggest using SaRA-Office Uninstall tool to completely remove Office 2024, this will remove residual services, tasks, registry entries and shared components that a normal uninstall can miss exactly the kinds of leftovers that trigger self‑reinstall loops.

Go to this official Microsoft page to download SaRA: https://aka.ms/SaRA-OfficeUninstall

    • Run the SaRA.exe file.
    • Accept the license terms.
    • On the main screen, select "Office 2024".
    • Choose "Office" from the list of products.
    • Select "Yes" when asked "Are you having problems installing Office?"
    • Run the Uninstall:
    • The tool will then run the "Advanced Diagnostics".
    • It will ask you to confirm you want to completely uninstall Office 2024.

Important: This will close all Office applications and remove all installed Office products. Save your work first.

The tool runs automatically, removing the apps and associated files. Your documents and emails are not deleted.

I hope this help completely remove Office 2024 from your machine and stop the reinstall loops. Feel free reply back to this post if you need further assistance, I'll be happy to help.
