Can’t get ahold of human for months and told to wait to get email response since August and haven’t heard back still

I recently bought a a device and was forced to update it and now it will not work and the ai assistant only gives me links to buy other products unrelated to the issue.

I have it documented each time I reached out in August September and October where I’m told a Microsoft member will reach out to me yet I’m being charged constantly for services I cannot use due their product failing after a mandatory update. I’m fully prepared to take legal action at this point with attorney general of my state waiting on Microsoft’s response to this issue as last thing I’ve heard was I’ll hear back soon from someone then told to buy new product yet your update is what destroyed your own device

It sounds like you are experiencing significant frustration with your device and the lack of support from Microsoft. Unfortunately, based on the information provided in the context, I cannot provide specific guidance on resolving your issue or how to escalate it further. However, I recommend continuing to document all your communications and consider reaching out to Microsoft support again through their official channels. You may also want to check if there are any updates or additional support options available on their website.
