i cannot access outlook. ADDriver error in Outlook

i get an error when trying to open outlook i have attached a screenshot of the error

    This is a known incident that can occur when the local authentication state becomes stuck. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Clear Outlook Local State

    • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
    • Type: olk.exe --clearLocalState
    • Press Enter and wait for the process to complete.
    • Restart Outlook and sign in again.

    2. Restart your computer, then open Outlook.
